Paddio served as vice president for student affairs at Talladega College in Alabama from 2008 to 2015. During her tenure, enrollment at the college quadrupled.

Rosemont College Professor Wins the John Newbery Medal From the American Library Association
Erin Entrada Kelly, a professor in the graduate program in creative writing at Rosemont College, is the recipient of the John Newbery Medal. The award is the highest honor given out by the American Library Association for a children’s book.
