Three Women Join the Faculty at the Wayne State University School of Law in Detroit

Anne Choike is a new clinical assistant professor and director of the Business and Community Law Clinic. She was a clinical fellow in the Community and Economic Development Clinic at the University of Michigan Law School. Before joining the academic world, Choike practiced corporate law in New York City. Choike is a graduate of Cornell University. She holds a master of urban planning degree from the University of Michigan and a juris doctorate from the University of Michigan Law School.

Sanjukta Paul was appointed assistant professor at the law school. She was a fellow in the Workers Rights Litigation Clinic at the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law. Her current research focuses on the relationship between antitrust law and economic cooperation among working people. Her book Solidarity in the Shadow of Antitrust is forthcoming from Cambridge University Press. Paul is a graduate of the University of Iowa. She earned a master’s degree in philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh and a juris doctorate from Yale Law School.

Rebecca Robichaud is a new clinical assistant professor and assistant director of externship programs. She has been teaching at the law school as an adjunct professor since 2012. She is an expert in immigration law whose work focuses on asylum and removal defense. Robichaud holds a bachelor’s degree in political theory and constitutional democracy from Michigan State University. She earned her law degree at the University of Notre Dame.
