The Next President of Walsh College in Troy, Michigan

The next president of Walsh CollegeThe board of trustees of Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration in Troy, Michigan, has appointed Marsha Kelliher as president and chief executive officer. The college enrolls about 1,000 undergraduate students and 1,500 graduate students. The educational institution was founded in 1922 and offers 15 business and related technology degree programs at the bachelor’s and master’s levels. Women make up 47 percent of the undergraduate student body.

Kelliher has been serving as dean of the Sigmund Weis School of Business at Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. Earlier, she was dean of the School of Management and Business at St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas.

A graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington, Kelliher earned a juris doctorate at the South Texas College of Law in Houston. She also holds a master’s degree in labor and employment law from the University of San Diego.

Kelliher will become president of Walsh College in April.
