Bluffton University Hires Two Women to Its Faculty

Bluffton University in Bluffton, Ohio, has announced the hiring of two women to its faculty.

Martina Cucchiara was appointed an assistant professor of history. Dr. Cucchiara is a graduate of the University of Michigan Dearborn. She holds a master’s degree and a Ph.D. in history from the University of Notre Dame. She completed her Ph.D. in 2011 with her dissertation on the Poor School Sisters of Notre Dame in Hitler’s Germany.

Milagros Quiles was named assistant professor of Spanish. Quiles is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Cincinnati. She has taught at the University of Cincinnati and at several high schools.
