Janet H. Robinson to Lead Lourdes University

Lourdes University in Sylvania, Ohio, has announced the appointment of Janet H. Robinson as interim president. She will begin her duties at the beginning of the 2012-13 academic year.
Dr. Robinson joined the Lourdes University faculty in 1992 as an associate professor of nursing. She has served as associate director of curriculum and instruction, vice president for academic affairs, and most recently as provost. Prior to joining the Lourdes faculty, she taught at the University of Tulsa, the University of Oklahoma, the Medical College of Ohio, and Mercy College of Detroit.
Dr. Robinson is a graduate of the nursing school at Mercy College of Detroit. She holds a master’s degree in nursing and a Ph.D. from Wayne State University.
