For more than a decade, Dr. Morna Foy has served as president of the Wisconsin Technical College System, a consortium of 16 technical colleges throughout the state of Wisconsin.

Morna Foy to Lead the Wisconsin Technical College System
She has been an administrator with the system since 1998. Since 2005, she has served as executive assistant and vice president of policy and government relations. She will be the first woman president in the system’s 100-year history.
