Earlier, Dr. Bosley served as vice president of organizational development and human resources at the college. She has also taught communication courses at the graduate level at the University of Central Florida.

The percentage varied greatly by sport. For example, 95.7 percent of field hockey coaches were women but there were no women head coaches in triathlon or alpine skiing.
