Earlier, she was was the assistant provost for student success initiatives at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and the executive dean of student development and learning resources at Chemeketa Community College in Salem, Oregon.

Since 2014, Dixon has served in administrative roles for the Los Rios College District, most recently as associate vice chancellor of educational services and student success. Prior to joining the Los Rios colleges, Dixon was assistant director of diversity and multicultural student services at Portland State University in Oregon.

Colgate University’s Jenna Reinbold Wins Book Award from the American Academy of Religion
Jenna Reinbold, an associate professor of religion at Colgate University in Hamilton, New York, has received the 2018 Award for Excellence in the Study of Religion from the American Academy of Religion. The award is given to significant works of scholarship that affect “how religion is examined, understood, and interpreted.”

Melissa Trifiletti was named director of admissions at Colorado State in 2014 and had achieved record enrollments over the past two years. She was promoted to vice president for enrollment and access in April.
