In Memoriam: Anne Mochan, 1943-2018

Anne Mochan, a professor emerita or art history at the University of Massachusetts, died recently at her home in Amherst. She was 74 years old and had suffered from multiple myeloma.

Dr. Mochan joined the faculty at the University of Massachusetts in 1971. She taught there for 31 years before retiring in 2002.

Professor Mochan was a Fulbright Scholar, who studied in Germany. She held a Ph.D. in art history from Yale University.
