San Diego Mesa College in California Selects Ashanti Hands as Its Next President
Since 2016, Dr. Hands has served as vice president of student services at Mesa College. She joined the college in 2008 where she has held positions as dean of student affairs, acting dean of student development and matriculation, and acting vice president of student services.
San Diego Mesa College Honors Its Former President Constance Carroll
Dr. Carroll was appointed chancellor of the San Diego Community College District in 2004. Earlier, she served as president of San Diego Mesa College for 11 years. The Humanities Institute on the campus of San Diego Mesa College will be named in her honor.
The Next President of Cuyamaca College in California
Since 2013, Dr. Julianna Barnes has been serving as vice president of student services at San Diego Mesa College. Previously, she was vice president of student services at Cuyamaca College. She will take office on October 5.
