Chaudron Gille Is the New Provost at the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega
Dr. Gille has served as interim provost since November 2018. Before joining the staff at the University of North Georgia, Dr. Gille was a professor of French at Gainesville State College, which merged with the University of North Georgia in 2012.

In Memoriam: Shirley Jo DuBois Carey, 1936-2019
Dr. Carey taught and conducted research at Emory University School of Nursing for 27 years. In 1976 she assumed responsibility for training clinical nurse specialists in maternal-child health. Her efforts helped create the nurse midwifery, neonatal/perinatal, and child health programs at the nursing school.
