Deborah Fox Chosen as the Next President of Highlands Community College in Kansas

Deborah Fox has been selected as the next president of Highland Community College in Kansas. She is expected to take office on July 1.

Highland Community College enrolls more than 3,200 students, according to the latest data supplied to the U.S. Department of Education. Women make up 56 percent of the student body.

Fox currently serves as the director of business operations and management for the public school district in Independence, Kansas. Earlier in her career she was vice president for finance and operations at Highlands Community College.

Fox holds a master’s degree in educational administration from Fort Hayes State University in Kansas and an MBA from Pittsburg State University in Kansas.
