Two Women Scholars Appointed to Endowed Professorships at Research Universities

Amy Wrznesniewski was appointed the Michael H. Jordan Professor of Management at Yale University. She joined the faculty at Yale in 2006 and was promoted to full professor in 2015. Earlier in her career, Dr. Wrznesniewski taught at New York University. She is the co-editor of Identity and the Modern Organization (Psychology Press, 2015).

Professor Wrznesniewski is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. She earned a master’s degree and a Ph.D. in organizational psychology from the University of Michigan.

Sally A. McKee was named to the C. Tycho Howle Chair in Collaborative Computing Environments at Clemson University in South Carolina. She has been on the faculty at the university since January. Previously, she was a professor at Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden and earlier taught at Cornell University and the University of Utah.

Dr. McKee is a graduate of Yale University, where she majored in computer science. She holds a master’s degree from Princeton University in New Jersey and a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Virginia.
