A Trio of Women Scholars Appointed to Dean Positions at State Universities

Annette C. Reboli has been named dean of the Cooper Medical School at Rowan University in New Jersey. She has served as interim dean since July 2016. Dr. Reboli joined the faculty at the new medical school in 2009 and was named founding vice dean in 2010.

Dr. Reboli holds a bachelor’s degree and a medical doctorate from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.

Ann Bisantz was appointed dean of undergraduate education at the University at Buffalo of the State University of New York System. Since 2012, she has served as chair of the department of industrial and systems engineering at the university. Dr. Bisantz joined the faculty at the university in 1997.

Professor Bisantz holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University at Buffalo. She earned a Ph.D. at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta.

Hollye Moss is the new interim dean of the College of Business at Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, North Carolina. Since 2015, she has been serving as the director of the School of Economics, Management and Project Management at the university. Dr. Moss joined the faculty at Western Carolina University in 2002.

Dr. Moss is a graduate of Converse College in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She holds an MBA from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and a master’s degree and a Ph.D. from Clemson University in South Carolina.
