Political Scientist Wins Book Award from the International Studies Association

JessicaGreenJessica Green, an assistant professor of political science at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, recently was given the Harold and Margaret Sprout Award from the International Studies Association. The award was established in 1972 and honors the best book in the field of international environmental studies.

GreenBookDr. Green was honored for her book Rethinking Private Authority: Agents and Entrepreneurs in Global Environmental Governance (Princeton University Press, 2013).

Dr. Green joined the faculty at Case Western Reserve University in 2010. She is a magna cum laude graduate of Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, where she majored in public policy and comparative literature. Dr. Green holds a master of public affairs degree from Columbia University and a Ph.D. from Princeton University.
