Women Are Only 37 Percent of Students Admitted to Princeton’s Graduate Programs

princeton-university-logoPrinceton University announced that nearly 11,000 students applied for admission to its graduate programs for the 2014-15 academic year. More than half of all applicants to Princeton’s graduate programs were citizens of nations other than the United States.

From the applicant pool of 10,964, Princeton admitted 1,231 students, producing an overall acceptance rate of 11.8 percent. Of the students admitted to Princeton’s graduate programs, only 37 percent are women.

Some 608 students have accepted admissions offers.
