The New President of Fielding Graduate University

Katrina Rogers was appointed president of Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, California. She has been serving as provost at the university, which enrolls about 1,360 students in master’s and doctoral degree programs.

Dr. Rogers came to Fielding in 2005 as the director of the Institute for Social Innovation and served as associate dean of the School of Human and Organizational Development. She is the former head of the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Geneva, Switzerland.

President Rogers is a magna cum laude graduate of Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, Connecticut. She holds Ph.D.s in political science and history from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff.
