AAUW Debuts New Logo and Redesigned Website

carousel-group-photo-600x320The American Association of University Women, headquartered in Washington, D.C., has debuted a new website and a new logo. The nonprofit organization, founded in 1881, now has 150,000 members and supporters, 1,000 local chapters and 700 college and university partners.

In announcing the new website, the AAUW stated, “The website redesign allows for complete mobile access and features expanded and improved social media integration for all our online content. This integration should make the site more user friendly, provide a better experience for smartphone and tablet users, and create greater visibility for AAUW.”

A new tagline, “Empowering Women Since 1881,” adorns the new logo. The previous logo was created in 1990.
