University of Wisconsin-Fond du Lac Adds Two Women to Its Faculty

The University of Wisconsin Fond du Lac has added to women to its faculty as assistant professors.

Yanting Liang is a new assistant professor of mathematics. She will be teaching algebra, quantitative reasoning, calculus, and analytical geometry.

Dr Liang holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from South China Normal University. She earned a Ph.D. in discrete mathematics from West Virginia University.

Michaela A. Nowell joins the faculty as an assistant professor of sociology. Her courses will include social problems and the sociology of marriage and family.

Dr. Nowell is a graduate of Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. She holds a Ph.D. in sociology from Purdue University.
