Two Women Development Professionals Earn Promotions at the University of Arkansas

Two women in the division of university advancement at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville have been promoted.

Jamie Banks was named senior director of development and external relations for the College of Education and Health Professions. Banks joined the development staff at the University of Arkansas in 2003. She is a graduate of Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri, and holds a master’s degree from the University of Arkansas Little Rock.

Charlotte Taylor was promoted to senior director of development for university initiatives. She will be in charge of raising private gift support for several university projects and will be the staff liaison for the university’s Women’s Giving Circle. Taylor joined the university’s staff in 1997 and for more than 11 years was director of development for the Fay Jones School of Architecture. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and holds a master’s degree from the University of Vermont.
